This instrument was designed for precision shooters who are seeking the ultimate performance from their handloads.

Now you can quickly compare headspace and bullet seating depths within .001 of an inch.

The “Instant Indicator” quickly checks the headspace from the case shoulder to the base. This information is critical for setting up your sizing die to achieve the precise amount of shoulder bump. (Note: for easiest die adjustment, consider the use of the new Redding Competition Shellholders.)

To compare bullet seating depths simply insert a standard Redding sizing bushing of the proper bore diameter for the caliber you are using.

Supplied with instructions to check and quickly compare overall case lengths and bullet base to ogive.

Supplied with one bore diameter bushing.

NOTE: The "Instant Indicator" may be used for a family of cartridges with the same shoulder angle.
