Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, replacement or refund.

We do not accept return COD orders! Merchandise being returned for replacement or credit should be sent pre-paid to:

For your protection, please return your merchandise using a carrier that offers full tracking and insurance protection. Retain the tracking number for your package so that you can ensure that we receive your shipment. We cannot be responsible for lost packages. In your return package, please include a copy of your sales invoice.

Refunds will be denied if the following guidelines are not followed:

  • All merchandise must be in the same condition it was received in.

  • All merchandise must be returned with all original packing, manuals, paper, and accessories. Any merchandise that is returned damaged, used and open will incur a fee.

  • All merchandise must be returned on time.

  • All merchandise is to be returned to prepaid.



  • If you send your purchase back, in original condition, because you have decided you prefer other merchandise of equal value, we will send you the new product you want and will charge you only the new shipping and handling fees.

  • If you send your purchase back because we sent you the wrong product by mistake, we will ship you a replacement at no cost once we receive the wrong merchandise back in its original condition.

    If you send your purchase back for a refund, we will credit your credit card (or your account) with the cost of the product and the applicable tax, if any. Shipping fees are refunded only in the case of incorrect merchandise.

    If you decide you want a refund because you ordered the wrong merchandise or any causes not due to error by, there will be a 25% stocking fee and shipping & handling fees will not be refundable.

Damaged Freight/Truck line Merchandise:
